One of the country’s leading designers Juliette Hogan visited the bay last week for an exclusive fashion showing at Sisters & Co for her latest collection ‘Quiet Noise’.
The spring summer 17 collection was created just four months after the birth of her first daughter Myra and Juliette says that the collection is possibly one of her favourites yet.
“The collection is called Quiet Noise and was created just after Myra was born. I think it’s about finding the quiet in the chaos of life, work and having a newborn baby. When I was designing the collection I really found this out so it was about finding the balance but it was like everything feel into place and by being quiet and subtle your message can still get across.”
The collection has had an extraordinary response nationwide with styles already selling out almost before they hit the floor. The key print of the collection ‘Summer Bloom’ is feminine style print with a bit of toughness with black mixed in with white and apricots with splashes of amber through out.
One of the Sister & Co team’s new favourite pieces is the new vega cami in colour of the season Amber. The loose, wide leg pant has also being a strong seller and has the new season dress shape the ‘Always Slip’ in Summer Bloom and Rust.
Juliette Hogan was joined by founder and creator for Love and Object and Olympia Constance Cummings.
