Helen Fletcher: My Summer Wardrobe

Every year as Summer comes around and the days get brighter and longer, I get so excited thinking of all the fun times that Summer brings with it. Long days, with friends and family on the sand and in the surf, BBQs, parties and all the festivities and traditions of Christmas. Only to be followed by the holidays, which for me bring a sense of carefree joy and a relaxed family routine.

Being a Mum, my approach to fashion is that it has to be versatile and functional. I want pieces that are easy to wear and that are good for everyday use, as well as a night out. Growing up with a love of fashion, I had it instilled in me at a young age that fit and quality are essential when choosing a new piece of clothing. And for me quality wins over quantity every time – I would rather have one beautiful key piece each season that I love.

As a result my wardrobe consists predominantly of four key elements, accessories, jeans, dresses and my obsession with beautiful shoes. 

Rag & Bone burgundy leathers have caught my attention and with a Juliette Hogan white tank and a belt. This outfit would easily take me through the day from morning (flats) - night (heels).
