Every time you purchase a full-price item, online or in-store, you will earn loyalty points. $1NZD spent = 1 point. For every 500 points earned, you will receive a $50 rewards voucher.

Every purchase made (online or in-store) at Sisters & Co helps you move up tiers to earn extra rewards. Once you reach a tier, you will stay in that tier and enjoy the benefits for 12 months. If your spend increases during that time and you reach the next tier, we will notify you by email and you will stay in that new tier for 12 months – and this becomes your new anniversary date.

Bronze loyalty rewards vouchers can be redeemed on all full-priced purchases over $100 made online or in-store at Sisters & Co. Only one $50 loyalty reward voucher is redeemable per transaction. Up to two vouchers may be used on a full-priced purchase of $1250 and over. Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond reward discounts can be redeemed at the cart.

Please note, you will not be rewarded points on purchases made using a loyalty rewards voucher. 

Sisters & Co loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed:

• On items already discounted from the original RRP
• On the purchase from which the points were generated
• On an order after the order has been placed
• As a set up layby payment in store (a single $50 rewards voucher may be used as a final payment only)
• In conjunction with any other offer or voucher

Bronze

Login to your account and select the $50.00 loyalty rewards voucher at the cart. When you click through to checkout the $50.00 is automatically deducted. If the purchase isn't completed, the code generated for the $50 rewards voucher is circulating in the 'account activity' page.

Silver tier and above.

Login to your account and select your discount at the cart. When you click through to checkout the discount will automatically be applied.

Sisters & Co loyalty reward vouchers may only be used on www.sistersandco.co.nz and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by Sisters & Co. Sisters & Co reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

Sisters & Co loyalty reward vouchers can only be redeemed once. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. If you return any of the items purchased with a rewards voucher, the voucher discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

One rewards voucher per customer. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.

The terms of Sisters & Co Rewards may be varied from time to time at the absolute sole discretion of Sisters & Co management. Changes will be notified to all account holders by way of the valid and active email address associated with the account. We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by these changes. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice and without giving a reason for doing so. We will not provide any consideration for loyalty rewards you've earned but not redeemed, at the time of termination.

Please note that loyalty points cannot be earned on sale or discounted items. Our loyalty program automatically generates emails and on occasion the points balance sent may be out of date and incorrect. We are in no way obliged to honour a point balance indicated in automatically generated emails and reserve the right to deduct or add points.
